Qi Gong for health and energy. Join us to practice this gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress.
Join us in the Scott Room for a family friendly Chinese language film. This program works to provide Chinese families with an environment where their culture is celebrated and appreciated through films.
Unattended Children
Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program.
