We’re here to provide young readers with services, materials, and programs which enhance their learning experiences and promote a love of reading. Our programs are developed by skilled librarians who have your child’s best interests at heart. We provide specialized recommendations unique to your child’s interests.
Upcoming Children Events
The Library Makerspace is making personalized keychains for the holiday season using our Glowforge laser cutter!
SHS students, Marin S. and Emily H., lead this Sunday crochet club for kids in Grades 3 through 8* (*last year's regulars are welcome too). Crochet Club starts 30 minutes after the Library opens on most Sundays during the school year.
Unattended Children
Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program. Children are not permitted to be left unsupervised by their caregiver unless over the age of 10.Valid Westchester Library Card
Please note that going forward, a valid Westchester Library Card will be needed for registration. We are gathering information to meet the needs of our patrons.
