Program Description

Event Details

Come hear the New Blue of Yale, an A Cappella group with a dynamic repertoire that finds joy in bringing music to communities.  Their program encompasses a wide variety of styles and is arranged exclusively by their members.  New Blue offers top-notch entertainment infused with youthful spirit, producing memorable events for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

The New Blue was established in 1969, making them the only and the first all-women's a cappella group and the oldest women's undergraduate organization on Yale's campus.  They are a soprano-alto a cappella group singing everything from current pop songs and folk music to jazz and blues.  With incredible soloists, a gorgeous blend, and over 50 years of rich musical history, The New Blue continues to proudly stand (and sing!) as a symbol of living change at Yale.  Registration is required.
