The Scarsdale Public Library is offering “Chair Yoga with Ellen,” a seated yoga class, Tuesdays at 11 AM. The class includes building strength and stamina, stretching and guided meditation and breathing.

Qi Gong for health and energy. Join us to practice this gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress.

Come on into the library and practice your reading skills with a story loving dog from the Good Dog Foundation. This program is for children ages 5 and up. Registration is required as space is limited.
