This program is a child friendly classical concert just for little ones ages birth -5 years old featuring the violin and viola. Take a break from the heat and join us on Zoom. Registration is required. 

Qi Gong for health and energy. Join us to practice this gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress.

Storytime on the library lawn in the round. There will be three small groups of participants rotating between three story stations where a librarian will share a story.

Join certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Nancy Kardon, for an hour of Iyengar Yoga.  B.K.S. Iyengar developed a method of yoga using precision of alignment as a tool of attention to cultivate agility, strength, endurance, balance and equanimity.
