(Hybrid) Learn Iyengar Yoga Fundamentals that will allow you to sit and stand tall, and gain flexibility, agility, strength and balance. Calm your fight, flight and freeze reactive tendencies with practices that cultivate a reservoir of Calm. Step-by-step instructions and the use of props allow you to explore and modify poses safely.
