The Friends of Scarsdale Library will be holding a Read-A-Thon from December 4 through January 7. Students will have the opportunity to help raise money for the Friends of the Scarsdale Library. Prizes will be awarded. Registration will begin November 19.

Welcome to my Read-a-Thon page! I’m participating in a Read-A-Thon from December 4 through January 7 to support the Friends of the Scarsdale Library. The Friends of the Scarsdale Library helps to provide the funds to support children’s programs and museum passes, as well as many other valuable resources for our public library. Money raised by the Read-a-Thon will help to continue this support. Please help me help my library with a suggested donation of $25 to $100. Your one-time donation will be so appreciated and I promise to do my part by reading all month long! Thanks so much.

December 4: Start logging your minutes read per day. Children can use the timer button on their Read-a-Thon page or just count your minutes and record online. We will be giving out prizes for top readers in each age group (grades K-2, 3-5, 6+). Read-a-thon concludes on January 7.
