Poster Printer

The Scarsdale Public Library offers Poster Printing. This service is staff operated and has a fee according to size and paper type.

Note: All measurements are in inches.

Matte Paper

  • 24 x 30 = $10
  • 24 x 36 = $12
  • 36 x 48 = $21

Glossy Paper

  • 24 x 30 = $13
  • 24 x 36 = $16
  • 36 x 48 = $23

Satin Paper

  • 24 x 30 = $15
  • 24 x 36 = $18
  • 36 x 48 = $25

Payment must be made by cash or check, we do not accept credit/debit cards. 

Your file must be print ready when sent. By default, pages are printed at the original size specified in the file. Our staff are unable to resize designs to different dimensions than what is submitted for printing. Be mindful of typos, pixelation (at least 200 pixels per inch is recommended, though as little as 150 ppi may be suitable for some posters), misalignments and other mistakes. 

Print requests must follow the general guidelines of our Internet policy in terms of content.

We cannot mass produce prints. The library will print up to five posters per week per cardholder household.

The printer only supports certain file formats. Your poster must be sent as one of these files:

  • JPEG 
  • PDF 
  • PNG 
  • TIFF 

Please allow 72 hours and you will be notified when your poster is available for pick up.
