Children's Yoga

This yoga class will integrate stretching, strength building and mindfulness meditation for toddlers.
Event Details:

Ages 2 - 5 with a parent/caregiver
*We reserve the right to refuse access to any programs for individuals who do not meet the specified age requirement for the program.*

Unattended Children

Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program. Children are not permitted to be left unsupervised by their caregiver unless over the age of 10.
