Sound heals us at a cellular level, helping to balance our emotional and physical body. Each note resonates with a different part of the body, bringing balance and harmony throughout, and providing you a space to reset and recharge.
Sound bathing has distinct emotional, physical and mental benefits helping to release trauma, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, improved sleep, focus, immune system and overall health. During a sound healing session you may experience sensations of vibrations, tingling, a sense of joy or harmony, connectedness, deep relaxation, deep relief and a sense of calm.

Please note: This session will be in person, outdoors on the Library lawn, at 54 Olmsted Road, as part of a small wellness fair. Registration is required. In the event of rain, the session will be moved into the Scott Room.
