Grades 1 - 6 in September 
*We reserve the right to refuse access to any programs for individuals who do not meet the specified age requirement for the program.*

Please register for each session you are able to attend.
Come play chess this summer at the Scarsdale Library! Beginner to experienced; all ability levels are welcome. A portion of the class will be allotted for instruction (i.e. rules, tactics., strategy, & master games) but class time will focus mostly on relaxed and casual over-the-board play.

Registration is required. Each child must be registered separately.
Registration is online only and begins Sunday, June23, at 8am.
Registrations will not be accepted via email.

Photography

Please note that photographs and/or footage may be taken throughout the event. These will be used by the library for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media. Please consult with a librarian if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempt from this activity.

Unattended Children

Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program. Children are not permitted to be left unsupervised by their caregiver unless over the age of 10.
