Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Anxious about your responsibilities? While no two people are the same in their response to stress, everyone benefits from taking the time to promote their own health and well-being. Join us in the Scott Room for an informational and practical presentation on self-care with Family Services of Westchester. Self-care will look different for each person, but it normally encompasses making sure you eat well, get enough sleep, exercise, and engage with the people and activities that bring you happiness. You are one of the best advocates for yourself. You deserve the best quality of life possible and that includes taking care of yourself!
