Guthrie have used film, canvas and the printed page to convey the essence of its unique landscape and mythology.
Join us in the Scott Room for a concert that expresses the sweeping awe and adventure of the American West. Musician Marc Berger - on guitar, vocals, and harmonica - conjures up the musical influences that shaped the idea of the American frontier and the constant reinvention of the West. Interspersed with amusing and insightful stories of not just the musical but also the cultural, geographical, and literary history of the region, RIDE is a musical experience that will fill you with the same wanderlust and intrepid determination.
