Relax Refresh: Learn Yoga Tools to cultivate Equilibrium in the face of Life's daily stressors that disturb you.
Taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Nancy Kardon of Iyengar Yoga Scarsdale.
Beginning Buddhist meditation practice in the early 70s and Iyengar Yoga in the early 90s, Nancy has been learning for decades how to connect with our Heart/Mind and bring joy into our most challenging lives.
Suggested possible Yoga props (or substitutes) recommended: 1 firm yoga bolster, 3 firm blankets, yoga strap belt 2 blocks, a sturdy folding chair.
