Join us to watch or cook along as Mary Callen, The Well-Fed Yogi, demonstrates how to make warming, nourishing, comforting soups and stews.
Mary will demonstrate how to make Tuscan Ribollita and Vegan Vietnamese Pho.
Mary is a board certified holistic nutritionist, advanced yoga teacher, and certified vegan lifestyle coach.
