Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group

Join us for this ongoing, face-to-face support group whose members understand what you are going through! They understand the highs and lows, the sleep deprivation, the joys, the pressures, the role shifts, the challenges and even the fears associated with this perinatal period. Babes in arms welcome, but no toddlers please.

This group is a judgement free zone. If you are running late, come anyway! If you are still in your Pajamas, come anyway!  Baby crying and won’t stop fussing, come anyway! We all understand that getting out of the house during the perinatal period is difficult but come anyway! This is time for you to take care of YOU.

During the group we will combine brief education about mood and anxiety disorders that can get in the way of enjoying your family forming journey, along with support group time. There will be resources provided and lots of time to give and receive support from other group members.

Registration is required

About the group leader:

She has been practicing for 30 years and has lived experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Andrea is also a proud mother of a Scarsdale High Schooler and is thrilled to be giving back to the wonderful Scarsdale community.
