Iyengar Yoga is a profound, intelligent, rewarding and transformative practice of yoga especially for you. In this class, you will learn fundamentals with modifications and supports to make them accessible. Have a chair (hard seat and armless like a folding chair) and if possible, yoga mat, towel or firm blanket, and a wall or table you can stand in front of for support.
