Iyengar Yoga invites you to Wake Up and Profoundly Relax
Begin with attention to muscles moving bones, creating both strength agility, and balance. How does this practice of attention to postural alignment align mind /senses/ breath and self toward freedom, equilibrium and joy?
In Iyengar Yoga we use often use props (or substitutes)
Recommended to have on hand if necessary: 1 firm yoga bolster, 3 firm blankets, yoga strap belt, 2 blocks, a sturdy folding chair
Taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Nancy Kardon of Iyengar Yoga Scarsdale.
Beginning Buddhist meditation practice in the early 70s and Iyengar Yoga in the early 90s, Nancy has been learning for decades how to connect with our Heart/Mind and bring joy into our most challenging lives.
