Join us in the Scott Room for a presentation on hydroponics given by the Weinberg Nature Center. Hydroponics is the technique of growing plants in a water-based nutrient solution rather soil, and it is a great option for indoor gardeners, hobbyists, and those with limited space. The presenters will discuss some of the important principles behind hydroponics before giving participants a chance for some hands-on work with actual plants.
The winter is the perfect time to think about your plants! Whether you are already planning for the new year or just getting started for the first time, this program will be sure to help.
