For grades 6-12.

Learn the art of quilling, also known as paper rolling or paper scrolling while creating beautiful Valentine's Day Cards.  You will learn how to use special quilling tools and work with special quilling paper.  You'll create beautiful quilled paper shapes that will take your cards to a new level!
