Argentinian born and Brooklyn-based composer and guitarist Carlos Pavan skillfully blends Argentine tango & folklore rhythms with classical and jazz concepts. For adults and teens. This program is being presented in partnership with the Town of Pelham, Mount Pleasant, Scarsdale and Mount Kisco Public Libraries.
