Please join Scarsdale High School graduate Danielle Butin in a conversation about her new book Wild Hope Now.
Danielle Butin founded the Afya Foundation in 2007 to rescue unused medical supplies and deliver them locally and globally to save lives. What originated as an epiphany on the Serengeti plains is today an organization impacting millions of lives close to home and worldwide.
Her book Wild Hope Now shares the singular story of Afya ("health" in Swahili),) and opens our eyes to how living with wild hope can build community and change lives.
Following our lively conversation there will be a meet/greet book signing and refreshments
