Program Description

Event Details

Please join us in welcoming Patricia Park, author of award-winning novels for young adults (and adults!), to the library for a reading, panel discussion, and audience Q&A regarding her experiences as an Asian American author.

The first 50 registrants* for the event will receive a free copy of one of Ms. Park’s young adult books–either Imposter Syndrome and Other Confessions of Alejandra Kim or What’s Eating Jackie Oh? Be sure to indicate your book preference on the registration form below, while supplies last.

  • *Limit one free book per registrant in the first 50: Quantities are limited, so you may or may not receive your first-choice book.
  • *Attendance is required to claim your free book, which will be distributed at the end of the event.

Books will be available for purchase, thanks to Bronx River Books.

This program is brought to you by SPL’s Teen Services Department in partnership with DAY Westchester.

This program is co-hosted by SPL’s Teen Advisory Board of local teen volunteers.
