Event Details

Join us in welcoming back former Westchester native Jennifer Lang, here to discuss the writing process and her latest work Landed: A Yogi's Memoir in Pieces & Poses about her experiences as a yoga student and instructor and coming to grips with her search for home and place as she has moved around the world. The writing of memoir can be a daunting process, leaving one both renewed and vulnerable, and Jennifer will speak on the nuances of writing about one's loved ones in a manner that is both honest and compassionate. Stop by Meeting Room North South for an insightful and welcoming discussion of how writing can be simultaneously a skilled craft and a kind of healing.

Landed will officially release on Tuesday, October 15 and may be purchased through local bookstore J Anderson's Books in Larchmont and other online retailers. Copies will also be available for purchase and signing during the event.
