Join us in the library for a fun and practical workshop on italic calligraphy taught by local artist Terry Kessler Schwarz. One of the many formal scripts developed for the Latin alphabet, italic hand is now a stylish and artistic way of expression. Come learn a little bit about the history of handwritten lettering and enjoy practicing a skill that can elevate the written word. Materials will be provided. All skill levels are welcome in this supportive environment.
