Greetings and Salutations,
“From there to here, and here to there, funny things are everywhere.”
Dr.Seuss One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish
As a Children’s Librarian I have the pleasure of reading various books made just for children. Some of my favorite authors are Judy Blume, Karen Cushman, Jason Reynolds, Lois Duncan, Linda Sue Parks, Louis Sachar, Christopher Paul Curtis, Grace Lin, Mo Willems, Susan Verde and Jon Scieszka.
I also fancy poetry and books in verse. However, jokes and riddles are so much fun for the whole family. Every week I will post 2 levels of riddles for you to figure out.
There will be one entitled Not too difficult and another entitled Moderately difficult. Either way, have fun!
Try it out.

There’s a one-story house where everything is yellow. The walls are yellow. The doors are yellow. Even all the furniture is yellow. The house has yellow beds and yellow couches. What color are the stairs?

There aren’t any stairs—it’s a one-story house.
