REMOTE LEARNING RESOURCES

As schools begin to re-open, whether for hybrid, in-person, or remote learning, we know many parents are struggling with working from home while also functioning as de-facto teachers. Even with improvements to remote learning (hopefully) made over the summer, children require at least a modicum of supervision to learn from home. With that in mind we have compiled a list of resources to help parents of school-age children. In addition to the free resources below, your school may provide access to paid resources such as Castle LearningBrainpopRaz Kids, and Epic. Most of these resources also allow families to purchase accounts. You can also find a fairly comprehensive list of resources for teachers and students from the New York State Education Department here. Please don’t hesitate to contact the Scarsdale Library with any questions.
