This week's craft is Buggy Ring Bling!
You will need: 8 1/2 x 11 paper, colors of your choice. (I used pink and black), scissors, glue stick, ruler, marker.
Download the pattern which consists of a rounded rectangle 2″ x 4″, 2 strips of paper 3/4″ x 8″; two strips 1/4″ x 4″; two strips 1/4″ x 1″ and the bug body and face.
Cut out pieces using your color paper. Cut two rectangles. Fold one rectangle in half and cut a slit into it as shown.
Put glue around the edges of the cut rectangle and paste the second rectangle on top. Be careful to only glue around the edges. Pop open the slit in the rectangle as shown.
Cut out the strips of paper. Take the thicker strips and glue in the center of the rectangle as shown. Place the bug body in place and glue down. Glue the face and stripes onto the bug. Glue on the smaller strips for the antenna.
Open the slit and put your finger through to wear as a ring.
