Come find out as our Yale speaker series resumes with the highest standards of taste, as Professor Paul Freedman comes to Westchester to speak about the subject of his new book, Ten Restaurants That Changed America.

Professor Freedman is the Chester E. Tripp Professor of History at Yale and the Chair of the History of Science, History of Medicine Program.  His previous book, Images of the Medieval Peasant, was awarded the prestigious Haskins Medal by the American Academy of Medieval Studies.
